These are not just stylish, but also made in Japan, featuring frames meticulously crafted one by one by Sabae artisans, and customized with Eagle View lenses from Ito Chemical Industry, a company specializing in golf eyewear.
The frames from Sabae are simply beautiful in their form! The frames are made from a special material called celluloid. Incidentally, celluloid is a very sensitive material, and currently, production has ceased, leaving only Sabae frames available. You can see the difference when you compare this celluloid to commercially available eyeglass frames; the luster is exceptionally good. And since it can be polished, it’s truly a lifelong investment.
Other details, such as the floral butterfly design and clasps, are meticulously crafted in Sabae, resulting in frames that are more durable and robust than commercially available frames.
As a fellow Japanese person, I am proud of the potential of Japanese craftsmanship. Truly Japanese quality!
